Quality Assurance Officer

Position Overview

JobPilotNG is seeking a highly detail-oriented and reliable Quality Assurance Officer to serve as the final gatekeeper for all job postings on our platform. In this role, you will review jobs submitted by HR Officer Volunteers, ensure strict compliance with our standards, provide constructive feedback, and help maintain the integrity and trustworthiness of the JobPilotNG platform.

Location: Remote (Nigeria)

Type: Volunteer (Unpaid)

Duration: 3 Months

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Review over 50 jobs daily posted by HR Officers before approving or rejecting them.

• Conduct thorough quality checks using the JobPilotNG Quality Assurance Checklist and guidelines.

• Verify job authenticity, company legitimacy, application links, deadlines, formatting, categorization, and content quality.

• Provide regular, constructive feedback to your assigned team of 5 HR Officer Volunteers.

• Prepare and submit weekly performance reports on your team to the Operations Manager.

• Identify and remove fake, expired, misleading, duplicate, or non-compliant job listings.

• Ensure all approved jobs meet formatting standards (Font Size 14, proper bullet points, etc.).

Performance Targets for Exceptional Performance

To be considered exceptional and qualify for full-time opportunities or top awards, you must:

1. Review at least 250 jobs per week.

2. Ensure at least 90% of approved jobs fully adhere to JobPilotNG guidelines (zero tolerance for fakes/expired jobs).

After 3 Months

We do not guarantee full-time employment. However, exceptional performers may be offered a full-time role with a starting salary of ₦20,000/month, with potential to grow up to ₦150,000/month as JobPilotNG expands.

If we are unable to offer full-time employment, we will provide strong referrals to partner employers for suitable roles based on your performance.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to provide constructive feedback professionally.

• Familiarity with Nigerian job market and common job scams.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and consistent.
