Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and clients, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services.
Assist in the planning and execution of events and projects.
Prepare and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work in a team environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
