Store Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the full operations of our Abuja store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, driving sales, and ensuring smooth and efficient store operations. This role requires someone who can work independently, take initiative, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store efficiently

• Ensure the store is fully prepared and operational before opening hours

• Record daily sales, expenses, and transactions accurately

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store

• Supervise store assistants and coordinate with delivery riders

• Provide regular updates and performance reports

• Implement strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail, sales, or store management

• Strong sales and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Trustworthy, responsible, and accountable

• Must be based in Abuja (preferably around Wuse 2)
