About the Role
We are seeking a mature, emotionally intelligent HR professional to oversee and manage all aspects of the Human Resources function.
The HR Manager will be responsible for building a positive workplace culture, ensuring HR policies and compliance, and supporting business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with emotional intelligence.
Administer payroll, benefits, leave management, and statutory remittances in line with Nigerian Labour Law.
Drive performance management, training, and career development programs.
Ensure compliance with all labour laws, PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Provide HR reports and insights to MD/COO to support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2nd Class Lower / Upper Credit HND.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar HR role with hands-on experience.
Certification: CIPM certification is an added advantage.
Age: 30 years and above.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High emotional intelligence and maturity in handling sensitive issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Leadership and team management skills.
Execution excellence and strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Act and HR best practices.
Preferred Background:
Real Estate industry experience is an advantage.
Remuneration
Salary: N400,000 Net monthly - take-home after PAYE, employee pension, and NHF deductions.
Other Benefits: HMO, Pension, Bonuses, and other statutory benefits.
