Job Summary
We are looking for highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Medical Sales Representatives across multiple locations in Nigeria. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of medical and healthcare products (including On-Call Plus glucometers and related diabetic care solutions) to hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Location: Multiple locations — Ile-Ife (Osun), Enugu, Owerri (Imo), Osogbo (Osun), Asaba (Delta), Kano
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell medical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities and customer needs.
Manage and grow territory sales effectively.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports and activity logs.
Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Medical Sales Representative or Pharmaceutical Sales Executive.
Strong knowledge of the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Good presentation and product detailing skills.
Must be resident in or willing to work in any of the listed locations
