Plan B Wellness Nigeria Ltd (under the Plan B Group) is looking for a Finance to manage financial records and oversee inventory with our agents nationwide.
This role requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organized.

Core Responsibilities
Financial Management: Maintaining accurate accounting records, processing accounts payable/receivable, managing payroll, and reconciling bank statements.
Inventory Control: Overseeing stock levels, conducting routine physical inventory audits, tracking stock movements, and managing procurement.
Reconciliation: Performing regular audits to match physical inventory counts with expected stock levels recorded in software systems, ensuring zero financial variance.
Reporting: Preparing financial reports, profit and loss statements, and inventory turnover analyses to optimize business performance.
Key Skills & Requirements
1. Technical & Professional Skills
Advanced Spreadsheet Mastery: Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. The ability to use formulas (VLOOKUP, IF statements, Pivot Tables) to cross-reference sales data with inventory data is non-negotiable.
Prior E-commerce/Logistics Experience: Previous experience managing inventory or accounting for an e-commerce, retail, or logistics business is a massive advantage.
Accounting Basics: Strong grasp of bookkeeping, reconciliation, and profit/loss tracking. (An OND/HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred).
2. Character & Leadership Traits
Ruthless Attention to Detail: Someone who will spot a missing ₦15,000 or a single unaccounted bottle of product and trace it to the source immediately.
The "Data Over Stories" Mindset: Must rely strictly on audited numbers and CRM logs, immune to emotional pleas or "stories" from sales reps or delivery agents regarding missing remittances or unverified performance claims.
High Integrity: Must be impeccably honest and comfortable playing the "auditor" role, maintaining a professional distance to ensure company SOPs are never compromised by workplace friendships.
