Job Duties
Develop lighting layouts and calculations in line with project requirements.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and material schedules.
Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
Analyze supplier quotations and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Interpret architectural, electrical, and lighting drawings.
Prepare project reports and documentation.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Support project execution and monitor project costs.
Requirements
HND/B.Sc. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in lighting projects, estimation, or quantity surveying.
Proficiency in Dialux Evo.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Experience in lighting, electrical, or building services projects is highly preferred.
