Job Summary
A Reputable development Company operating nationwide seeks to engage a competent and experienced Estate/Facility Manager to oversee the efficient management, maintenance, security, safety, and administration of its estate/facilities in Abuja and Lagos. The Manager will ensure that the properties and infrastructures are maintained properly.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the efficient management, maintenance, security, safety, and administration of the company's estates/facilities in Abuja and Lagos.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repair works.
Oversee the security and safety of the properties.
Manage staff and contractors working on the properties.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on the status of the properties.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Estate Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate/facility management.
Proven leadership and management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
