Job Summary
The Content Lead / Social Media Manager will oversee content strategy, content production, social media management, and digital storytelling for Digital Nest Communications and its clients.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, strategic planner, and hands-on executor who can develop compelling content, grow online communities, manage campaigns, and translate business objectives into engaging digital experiences.
The role requires strong knowledge of content marketing, social media trends, audience engagement, analytics, copywriting, and campaign management across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement content strategies for Digital Nest and client brands.
Create monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with business goals.
Manage content ideation sessions and campaign planning meetings.
Identify content opportunities based on industry trends, audience insights, and client objectives.
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, positioning, and communication goals.
Social Media Management:
Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Schedule, publish, and monitor content across multiple client accounts.
Build and nurture online communities through engagement and audience interaction.
Monitor conversations, comments, messages, and brand mentions.
Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.
Content Creation & Storytelling:
Write engaging captions, scripts, blogs, articles, and marketing copy.
Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, animators, and developers to produce high-quality content.
Create content concepts for videos, reels, animations, campaigns, and digital promotions.
Ensure content remains relevant, innovative, and audience-focused.
Maintain content quality and consistency across all platforms.
Salary
N100,000 per month.
