Lovekids is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executives to deliver excellent customer service and achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with product selection
Understand customer needs and recommend the right products
Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions
Ensure store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases
Ideal Profile
Previous retail sales experience is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about fashion and kids
Target-driven with a can-do attitude
Team player with a positive and energetic personality
Willingness to learn and grow
Compensation
₦90,000 – ₦120,000 per month
Daily Sales Commission on personal sales
Weekly Performance Bonus for hitting sales targets
