Job Description
LOCATION: HYBRID (REMOTE + OFFICE)
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical and proactive Accountant to manage the financial operations of our e-commerce business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Record, reconcile and track all sales transactions
Reconcile delivery agents' reports and remittances
Track cash collections (COD) and payments
Manage inventory costs and purchases
Prepare weekly & monthly financial reports
Process vendor and staff payments
Prepare profit & loss, cash flow & other reports
REQUIREMENTS
B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum 1 year experience (E-commerce/Retail/Logistics is an advantage)
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping & financial reporting
Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills (non-negotiable)
Close attention to detail & integrity
Ability to work independently & meet deadlines
