Field Officer

Location: Chevron, Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

Buy n Move In is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Field Officer to support the company's field operations, client engagement activities, and property inspection processes. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between the company and prospective clients, ensuring seamless communication, accurate information gathering, and effective execution of field assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and property inspections as assigned by management.
• Meet with prospective clients and provide information about available properties and services.
• Assist in property marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition activities.
• Collect, verify, and report field data accurately and promptly.
• Monitor project sites and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, property owners, and other stakeholders.
• Distribute promotional materials and represent the company at field events when required.
• Prepare field reports and submit documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
• Previous experience in field operations, sales, marketing, or real estate is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Good knowledge of Lagos road networks and surrounding areas.
• Proficiency in the use of smartphones, email, and basic computer applications.
• Must be proactive, trustworthy, and customer-focused.
