Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Design visual content for social media, websites, reports, presentations, and campaigns.
Develop branding materials including flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and infographics.
Support the visual documentation of projects and success stories.
Collaborate with communication and program teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
Ensure consistency of CNSD branding across all communication materials.
Edit and enhance photos and videos for communication use where necessary.
Support the development of templates for organizational use (reports, presentations, toolkits).
Maintain an organized library of design assets and brand materials.
Stay updated on design trends and suggest creative improvements.
Perform other design-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or ongoing study in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar software.
Demonstrated creativity and strong visual storytelling skills.
Good understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color theory.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to receive feedback.
Portfolio of previous design work is required.
Interest in social impact, development communication, and nonprofit work is an advantage
