Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee daily FMCG distribution operations across sales, warehouse, and logistics
Lead and coordinate department heads to ensure target achievement
Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and route-to-market efficiency
Manage relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and key distribution partners
Monitor stock movement and overall business performance
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior FMCG or distribution management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of logistics, sales, and inventory systems
Experience using an ERP system
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Salary: ₦450,000
Location: Aboru, Iyana Ipaja, Lagos
Work Hours: Mon – Sat, 8am – 6pm
