Job Summary
Midnight City Africa is seeking a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure the smooth flow of supplies within the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages promptly.
Ensure proper storage and organization of all items.
Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
Issue supplies to kitchen and operational teams when required.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area.
Work closely with management to prevent wastage and stock loss.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Officer, or similar role is an advantage.
Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Ability to work independently and responsibly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory software is a plus.
Attention to detail and integrity.
