The Project IT Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all IT infrastructure, systems, and digital transformation projects within the residential estate. This role ensures the seamless operation of technology-driven services such as security systems, access control, estate management platforms, internet connectivity, and other IT-related facilities. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between the estate management team, vendors, and residents for all IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and oversee IT projects to support estate operations, including network systems, data management, and security technologies.
Manage and maintain estate IT infrastructure (servers, networks, Wi-Fi systems, CCTV, access control, smart home integrations, etc.).
Ensure the smooth functioning of estate management applications (e.g., billing systems, helpdesk platforms, resident portals).
Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for IT installations and support.
Implement data security measures and disaster recovery plans.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Provide technical support and training to staff and residents on IT systems.
Develop IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts.
Stay updated on emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years proven experience in IT project management, infrastructure support, or systems administration (preferably in real estate, facility management, or related industries).
Strong knowledge of networking, server management, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
Experience with estate/facility IT systems (CCTV, access control, smart technologies) is an added advantage.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CCNA, Microsoft, CISSP) are highly desirable.
