Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage parcel shipments, documentation, and dispatch operations.
Handle customer inquiries, track shipments, and provide timely updates via phone, email, and chat.
Ensure accurate record-keeping, proper packaging, labeling, and delivery coordination.
Resolve customer issues and support daily logistics and operations targets.
Work closely with the dispatch and operations team to deliver excellent service.
Requirements:
Minimum OND/HND/BSc in any field.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage.
Must reside in Benin City.
