Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and oversee the sales operations of our luxury property portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the luxury real estate market, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing high-performing sales teams, and closing premium property deals.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, mentoring sales executives, building strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and manage the luxury property sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Identify and pursue high-net-worth clients, investors, and corporate prospects.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities within the luxury real estate sector.
Train, mentor, and evaluate sales executives to improve productivity, professionalism, and performance.
Monitor daily sales activities, lead generation, client follow-ups, and conversion rates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, investors, and strategic partners.
Coordinate property inspections, site tours, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
Ensure accurate documentation, contract processing, and compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and luxury property branding strategies.
Ensure excellent customer service and professional representation of the company at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or related field.
4–6 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong background in luxury property sales and high-value client management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team toward achieving targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the Abuja luxury real estate market and industry trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Professional appearance, confidence, and strong presentation skills.
