Job Description
Location: Remote (Nigeria) | Full-time | U.S. hours (CST overlap)
Pay: ₦1,000,000/month
What You'll Do
Update provider profiles and payer portals (CAQH, Availity — we'll train you)
Track license and document expirations and flag renewals early
Follow up with insurance payers on pending applications and claims
Verify patient insurance eligibility before visits
Help with claim submission, denials, and follow-up
Keep trackers and files clean and up to date
What We're Looking For
Strong written and spoken English
Excellent attention to detail and good follow-through
Comfortable learning new software quickly
Reliable high-speed internet + backup power (generator/inverter)
Quiet workspace and availability during U.S. hours
Any prior healthcare, admin, or VA experience is a plus (not required)
