Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Oversee and supervise floor staff ensuring service standards are maintained
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
Monitor targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures for operations team
Maintain operations by implementing policies and standard operating procedures; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; determine and implementing system improvements.
Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Report to management regarding results and productivity
Must be up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
Controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency
Organize training sessions for new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
4+ years of restaurant industry experience
Proven track record in management of restaurant operations with an emphasis on customer service and sales
Ability to lead and manage a team of diverse staff while fostering a positive work environment
Adept in managing financial aspects of the restaurant including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
Proven experience increasing restaurant sales
Proven experience working in the hospitality industry in Lagos or Ogun State.
