We are recruiting to fill the position of Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production department.
Coordinate and manage production staff and resources.
Ensure the efficient and effective production of goods according to quality and safety standards.
Monitor and maintain production equipment and facilities.
Coordinate with external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and customers.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in production, manufacturing, or a related field.
Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control systems.
