Job Summary
Lead the marketing efforts for Filmhouse Cinemas, increasing footfall and brand consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Execute strategy & communications to increase footfall at Filmhouse Cinemas, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creatives, ensuring brand consistency.
Manage the annual budget for the cinema marketing department.
Create tailored media strategies for promotional events from planning to execution, delivering within budget and to deadline.
Develop and maintain relationships with media partners, managing the PR strategy for the cinemas.
Manage in-cinema marketing in all locations to design localised marketing strategies and creative assets.
Assist in developing strategy & execution plans for the promotion of retail items at the cinemas.
Oversee the production and distribution of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
Partner with local businesses, sponsors and other external parties as required to support marketing efforts.
Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (events, campaigns and promotional material).
Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas, insights to help improve brand position & consumer sentiments.
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Support the organisation, planning and execution of events (Premieres, Exhibitors showcase, Film Exhibitions).
Track and measure the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns to report progress and revenue growth to management team.
Requirements
Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline.
CIM
Minimum 6 years relevant experience.
Experience running successful marketing campaigns.
Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Ads.
Ability to plan and manage budgets.
Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks.
