Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain Client Intelligence Profiles.
Map talent landscape and source passive candidates.
Assess candidates against Intelligence Profile, focusing on competency, culture fit, and long-tenure predictors.
Curate shortlists, coordinate interviews, and support both clients and candidates throughout the process.
Conduct post-placement reviews and feed learnings back into Intelligence Profiles.
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on data-driven or intelligence-led approaches.
Strong understanding of various industries and job roles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in a structured clinical environment.
