Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving product availability, visibility, and sales across supermarkets in Lagos. The role focuses on expanding coverage, ensuring proper stocking, raising purchase orders, monitoring shelf presence, and following up on payments from retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned supermarkets regularly to ensure product availability and visibility.
Secure product listings in new supermarkets and maintain strong relationships with existing outlets.
Raise and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) from stores.
Ensure correct product placement, pricing, and shelf arrangement in line with merchandising standards.
Track stock levels, identify replenishment needs, and prevent stockouts.
Push for timely payments from supermarkets and support the reconciliation of outstanding invoices.
Conduct product activations and in-store promotions when required.
Resolve any issues raised by supermarket staff regarding deliveries, pricing, or product performance.
