RGMart Logistics & Store is hiring a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Staff to join their team in Ogba, Lagos. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be able to multitask, and work effectively with little or no supervision.
Responsibilities:
Attend to customer inquiries and complaints
Provide excellent customer support and service
Handle calls, chats, and customer follow-ups
Maintain positive customer relationships
Work with team members to achieve company goals
Use computer systems for daily customer service tasks
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a team
Good computer skills
Ability to work without supervision
Must be available to work onsite (Monday – Saturday)
Ready to work long-term
