About the Role
Our client is looking for a high-level operator who understands growth systems, strategic partnerships, distribution, and revenue expansion. Your responsibility is to drive aggressive customer acquisition and strategic partnerships for our client. You will be responsible for building relationships, creating scalable acquisition channels, negotiating partnerships, increasing distribution, and helping both companies grow rapidly across the USA, Canada, Nigeria, and broader African markets. This is not a passive partnership role. We are looking for someone who can create opportunities, open doors, and drive measurable growth.
Core Responsibilities
Build strategic partnerships that increase revenue and distribution
Source and negotiate partnerships with schools, organizations, creators, influencers, communities, institutions, and affiliates
Develop scalable growth systems and referral ecosystems
Help expand B2B and agent ecosystem
Help drive adoption across schools and education stakeholders
Identify new acquisition channels and growth opportunities
Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams
Track growth metrics, partnership performance, and ROI
Develop growth playbooks and expansion strategies
Build strong outbound partnership pipelines
Ideal Candidate
Strong understanding of partnerships and business development
Experience building growth systems and acquisition channels
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Comfortable working with executives and institutional stakeholders
Strong understanding of African and diaspora markets
Highly resourceful and execution-oriented
Able to think independently and move fast
