Job Brief
BFI Insights is currently seeking to hire a strategic, commercially driven, and results-oriented Business Development/Growth Manager to lead expansion, revenue growth, partnership development, and market positioning initiatives across the firm’s consulting and training functions.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business objectives into content strategy, including thought leadership, case studies, service positioning, and corporate storytelling
Lead preparation of business proposals, pitch decks, capability statements, and partnership documents
Develop and execute business development and growth strategies aligned with the firm’s commercial objectives
Coordinate digital outreach campaigns, LinkedIn networking strategies, and targeted client engagement efforts
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to support growth strategy
Prepare periodic growth reports, business development updates, and market intelligence reports for management
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams across consulting and training offerings
Monitor and evaluate social media performance metrics and optimize strategy accordingly
Oversee the firm’s social media and digital content team, providing direction, supervision, and performance management
Perform other business development and strategic growth responsibilities as assigned by management
Drive client acquisition, lead generation, and conversion of prospects into long-term business relationships
Track and manage the sales pipeline, conversion rates, and overall business development performance metrics
Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with market demand and client needs
Drive brand visibility and corporate positioning across digital and offline channels
Ensure the social media team delivers consistent engagement, visibility growth, and lead generation outcomes
Represent the firm in professional forums, networking events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements
Lead the firm’s LinkedIn growth strategy as the primary business visibility and client acquisition platform
Support marketing execution to ensure alignment between content output and revenue goals
Ensure timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and partnership opportunities
Work closely with leadership to support expansion strategies and new market entry initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, investors, and key stakeholders
